Please note that deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee of $50 will be charged.

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to book a new appointment.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If it is after 48 hours, clients will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstances.
